McKinley 4 Kids PTO Minutes
 

McKinley 4 Kids (M4K) held a monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 2, 2010.    

Members Present: Kim Herrman, President, Tamara Kintz, Secretary, Randell Kintz, Treasurer, Sheila Albright and Principal Coverdale.

Treasurer’s Report:  Randell reported that there is $16,736.75 in the checking account.

Playground Equipment: Les Giddens from Crouch Recreation in Omaha, NE was here and there was extensive discussion on the new playground equipment.  He presented a couple options.  He will revise an option and get us another quote and email it to Kim.      

Book Fair:  We had the best ever book fair paying Scholastic $1,205.93 and taking 60% profit in books for our birthday book selections.

McKinley Cards:  We have 101 cards left out of 394 cards.  The cards are $10 each and they don’t expire until March 2011.

Upcoming Events: 

McKinley Spring Concert - March 18, 2010 at 7PM.  We will buy a corsage for the music teacher.

Hot Dog Supper/Bingo – March 26, 2010 from 5:45-8PM.  Mr. Cedillo has volunteered to grill hot dogs.  Teachers will be asked to bring treats. 

Pizza Ranch – May 18, 2010 and September 27, 2010.
